Delivery and payment

Safe payment
We guarantee payment on line as entirely safe using SSL security Protocol. This system ensures complete confidentiality for transmitted information and protection for your bank references. Safe payment is carried out by Pay-Box. Payment can be done by credit card on Une or not, or by cheque. In the two latter cases, the goods will only be delivered on receiving full payment. The goods remain the property of Ryst-Dupeyron until full payment of invoices.

Deadlines and delivery costs
Two possibilities:

-express delivery by UPS: 4 working days for France, 7 working days for the rest of Europe
- normal delivery: 8 working days for France, 14 working days for the rest of Europe.

So as to charge you accurately, our prises depend on the place of delivery and the on the weight of your order.
Should deadlines not be respected, you may have the option of cancelling your order. Should we be out of stock, you will be informed immediately by e-mail. Your order will be prepared with the utmost care, but we advise you to check parcel contents before signing the delivery form, so that any deteriorated products may be replaced. If you choose express delivery, you can at any moment obtain information on the progress of your order and its consignment.
